GOD'S own CRIME

Picture this- lush green forests, cool climate, a tranquilizing silence disturbed only by bird chirping, the clouds resting on the shoulders of the mountains, the ocean at the far end where the mountains dive off (pause); and then add some gory scenes-blood baths, chopping and hacking, mutilated bodies and corpses! You can't fit them in a single frame, rite! Well, it does happen for real; and that too in God's own land where he resides and rests. Where his/her devotees are highly learned to commit a folly. But there is vengeance among them which is rooted in politics. So the green cover is rooted in day-light murders, assassination, roberries. other crimes are in sapling phase. This is not what you might be thinking; it's not the quintessential BAD land of U.P-Bihar; it's down there in Kerala, God's abode.
According to reports,http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2012-06-24/news/32393467_1_crime-rate-crime-prone-state-ncrb Kerala stood highest in crime rate (number of crimes committed per 1000 population) and hence the most crime prone state, surpassing U.P, M.P and even Delhi! Sounds astounding! Now how did it manage to take the top honors in this category too, beating seasoned rivals? Was it the enigma of being numero uno on all parameters- social and anti-social? Or is it something else.
We all talk of creating and maintaining balance in our lives; professional and personal spheres, social and family activities so as to achieve harmony in our lives. So this balancing function applies equally to nature. Nature also has a balancing role to play, so that it is stable and in turn sustain our livelihood on this planet. whether it's the physical or supernatural environment, unchecked aggressive devastation, destruction and distortion sets into motion forces of nature that restore the balance. Now, we all take about the god erasing the evil, subduing it and bringing back harmony on the earth, how nature (god, to be precise) opens his/her software and enters a special command to fix the problem! So, if GOD can enter a positive constraint to minimize the negativity it should also be true for the reverse scenario. And that is GOD's crime- everything needs to be checked bad or good. But you can ask-what's the problem with omnipresent goodness? Why will God check for increasing goodness in society?
We need a strong reason for LAW and ORDER to exist and exercise; a reason to define the limits of the society, a reason to met out punishment and thus we have crime. A crime of God's own doing! People will come with arguments against this malign on God's country, the poster boy of Indian tourism- "the stats are fault, analysis is bad, other states under report crimes, category of crime is not considered", etc. But the question is EDUCATION hasn't wiped out crime from our minds, it exists yet! And, we educated souls shall make God as the scapegoat, what say!
